Our machinery

Roland printer & Cutter

Our large format printer is ideal for signs and Graphics: In addition to banners, wallpaper, and vehicle graphics, wide format printers can produce (print and cut) all types of graphics for posters, sign boards, point-of-sale displays and stickers.

UV Flatbed Printer

UV Printing, otherwise know as Ultra Violet Printing is a printing technique that uses special UV curing ink that allows the ink to be printed onto a large range of materials or 'substrates'. Our UV printer has a flatbed printing surface that allows to print to a size of 1.8 x 3 meters.

Digital Cutter

Unlike die cutting which uses physical dies to create the shape, digital cutting uses a blade which follows a computer-programmed path to create the shape. A digital cutting machine consists of a flat table area and a set of cutting, milling and scoring attachments mounted on an arm.

CNC Milling machine

CNC milling is a machining process that utilizes computerized controls to manage the movement and operation of multi-point rotary cutting tools. As the tools rotate and move across the surface of the workpiece, they slowly remove excess material to achieve the desired shape and size.

Laser Cutter

Laser cutting is a type of thermal separation process. The laser beam hits the surface of the material and heats it so strongly that it melts or completely vaporizes. Once the laser beam has completely penetrated the material at one point, the actual cutting process begins.

Sonic Welder

Ultrasonic bonding, also known as sonic welding, is a process in which high-frequency (ultrasonic) sound waves are applied to two or more workpieces that are being held together under pressure to fuse them into a single piece.

Thermo Moulding machine

Thermoforming is a manufacturing process where a plastic sheet is heated to a pliable forming temperature and then formed to a specific shape in a mould. It is then trimmed to create a usable product. The sheet, or “film” when referring to thinner gauges and certain material types, is heated in an oven to a high-enough temperature that permits it to be stretched into or onto a mould and cooled to a finished shape.
